Founded by Jean-Paul Jauffret, OPFIT is a Self-defense fitness system he developed base on his years of training an experiences on the field.

The priority for an operator and for a fighter is to stay fit and be always ready for what ever could come up.

OPFIT is a fitness system which include Self-defense techniques and fitness exercise, it’s intense and very efficient.

OPFIT is available in 4 different concepts for Fitness enthusiast, Martial artist and Professionals.

OPFIT PROGRAM

Takes into account the constraints of professionals and we favor the muscles that are used according to their mission.

Mixes the different combo and fitness exercises.

The OPFIT – STRIKING program allows you to mix hand and leg combinations with high intensity training that allows muscle memory to take place. It is a new concept for gymnasiums and for teachers who can add lessons to their schedules and attract new customers eager for FITNESS.

It is fun and very attractive for those practicing Krav Maga and combat sport in lessons lasting between 30 and 45 minutes.

We worked with York University for the study of strikes to develop OPFIT-STRIKING, It’s a real research!

We take into account the constraints of training for people with reduced mobility,  Adaptive Krav Maga and Adaptive OPFIT Program are a new possibility for rehabilitation.

Stephane Chatton, the creator of the adaptive Krav Maga himself, has reduced mobility and has an expert in Krav Maga, he developed OPFIT-Adaptive for his own training.
