About

I started training Krav Maga in 2015 and from the beginning that was ‘it’: Realistic and tough trainings, simple but very effective techniques.

Train as you fight!

In 2021 I took part in the CIC and became a T3 Instructor. OPFIT-Striking and KM Close Protection followed.

I obtained all the certificates under the supervision of Jean-Paul Jauffret.
