In 2007, I approached Krav Maga through online research and was fortunate enough to find a course close to home, led by a certified IKMF instructor.
Since then, my training has never stopped.
Over the years, I explored other martial arts, but none provided me with the same motivation and continuity as Krav Maga. When my instructor decided to close his school in my region, we agreed that I would begin the CIC training program, which I successfully completed in 2018.
I had the opportunity to attend courses and seminars led by internationally renowned instructors such as Israel Cohen, Tamir Gilad, Jean-Paul Jauffret, and Megan Cohen Berkman. These experiences enriched my technical and professional background, further strengthening my passion for self-defense.
Later on, my path crossed once again with that of Jean-Paul Jauffret. From this renewed encounter, and thanks to the collaboration with a group of friends, T3 – Team Tactical Training Switzerland was founded: a reality dedicated to training and developing skills in self-defense and security.

Passionate about combat sports and self-defense from an early age, I began my journey in Krav Maga after several experiences in different martial arts. Over the years, I deepened my training through consistent practice and seminars with internationally recognized instructors.
I earned my instructor qualification and 3rd Dan through the Certified Instructor Course (CIC) of the Italian federation. I later continued my development under Jean-Paul Jauffret, further expanding my technical and methodological approach.
From the collaboration with professionals and friends, T3 – Team Tactical Training Switzerland was born, an organization dedicated to self-defense and security training, built on a modern, practical, and reality-based methodology.

My journey in martial arts began with Karate, a discipline that allowed me to develop fundamental Techniques, discipline, and movement awareness. I later deepened my practice with Kung Fu, expanding my understanding of structure and combat dynamics, before moving on to Kickboxing, where I focused on striking and distance management.
After a period dedicated to other sports, in 2019 I chose to return to the martial arts world with a clear objective: to train in a self-defense system that was concrete, modern, an applicable to real situations. This brought me to Krav Maga, whose pragmatic and
operational approach immediately aligned with my expectations.
I completed my Trainer certification with Usakli and later earned my Instructor certification within Team Tactical Training (T3), under the guidance of Jean-Paul Jauffret, President and Chief Instructor of the organization.
In addition to my teaching activities, I serve as Vice Country Manager for Switzerland within T3, contributing to the development, coordination, and growth of the organization at the national level. My journey combines experience in traditional martial arts with a modern, realistic approach focused on the operational effectiveness of Krav Maga.

I bring over 14 years of continuous Krav Maga training, built across some of the most respected federations in the discipline — IKMF, KMG, Kravolution, and Defcon.
My journey has taken me through training halls in the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Switzerland, giving me a broad and grounded perspective shaped by diverse schools of thought, teaching methods, and training cultures.
As a civilian practitioner and instructor, I represent the core mission of Krav Maga: practical self-defense designed for real life, not the battlefield. My years of teaching experience reflect my commitment to passing on effective, no-nonsense skills to people from all walks of life.
Based in Switzerland and fluent in French, German, English, and Italian, I connect naturally with students across linguistic and cultural backgrounds — an asset within T3’s international community.
