I began practicing martial arts in 1988 with Shotokan Karate, achieving 1st Dan
black belt. Since 1992 I started studying Budo Tai Jutsu in the Bujinkan program up
to 2nd Dan black belt. In 1998 I began practising Jeet Kune Do and Kali at Paul
Vunak’s Progressive Fighting System.
In 1998 I also began my experience with Krav Maga, finally becoming Instructor in
2001 training from Philippe Kaddouch, whom at the time was the European Director
of IKMF. In the same period I also attended a course at the International Bodyguard
Association which led me to offer security services, carrying out VIP Protection and
venue security.
This, in turn, increased my experience in the field.
In 2005 I studied Kalah with its founder, Idan Abolnik. In 2009 I also took part in the
first Italian Crossfit Trainer program, achieving the Level 1 certification.
I am a full time, Krav Maga Expert level, professional instructor, with an on going personal training
comprising specific courses held by some of the world’s most renowned instructors,
including Eyal Yanilov, Avi Moyal, Tamir Gilad, Israel Tamir, Israel Cohen, Stephane
Chatton and Jean Paul Jauffret. I teach groups and individuals at my school in Milan.

I’ve always had an interest in sports and martial arts, starting with Sanda, from 1992 to ‘94, then switch to Muay Thai, until 1997.
Searching for new fighting styles, I began studying Qwan ki do, the Sino-Vietnamese martial art, from 1998 to 2006, integrating my training with Kick Boxing training.
In 2007 I encountered Fabrizio Carro, one of the pioneers of Krav Maga in Italy, who introduced me to the fighting system and, with a constant training, helped develop my awareness and abilities. Since then, for the following eight years, I entirely devoted my training development
to Krav Maga and, in 2015, I attended the IKMF Civilian Instructor Course and became an instructor, obtaining the final certification from Jean-Paul Jauffret and
Stephane Chatton.

I began training with Fabrizio Carro and continued for nine years, additionally I participated in various seminars including defense against multiple attacks, bar fighting, SWAT, and third-person defense.
In 2018 I participated in the IKMF Civil Instructors Course, held by Israel Tamir and Tamir Gilad, and obtained the certification, passing the final examination with full marks.

At the age of sixteen I started to train Kung Fu – WuShu style. Since 1998 I started studying Ba Gua-Kung Fu.
In 2009 I started practicing Kick Boxing K1, in 2010 Kick Boxing Full Contact and in 2011 Kick Boxing and Boxing, with 2 of the world’s most renowned instructors.
In this period I attended to a stage of Krav Maga. And it was love at first sight!
Since 2014 I’ve achieved Krav Maga Civil Instructor qualification, trainer in Military Self Defence Krav Maga method and trainer in True Krav Maga.
I started teaching K.M. since 2014, with my own school Extrema Ratio M.K.M.S.

Since I was 12 I have always practiced combat sports such as Karate and Kick Boxing, taking part in various national and international competitions, I often qualified for the final.
In 2002 I discovered Krav Maga through the first Federations in Italy. At that time I took part in an internship with Philippe Kaddouch and from that moment I decided to become an instructor.
I trained and worked with various international instructors such as Amnon Darsa, Eyal Yanilov, Avi Moyal, and others.
Many years have passed until in 2006 I reached Expert level 1 in Israel.
I have passed on my knowledge to my students for 16 years, making them grow and me through them.
All this towards a goal of respecting the desire of Imi Lichtenfeld (Founder of Krav Maga) “That you can walk in peace”.
I currently teach in Florence and Prato and follow various courses.
