I started Krav Maga back in 2011 with Cyril Alacchi in Paris. I wanted to learn and do something useful in life and, to be able to get out of a dangerous situation safely. My first lesson was to get out of a front choke, that’s when I discovered that I liked Krav Maga.
There’s no beating around the bush, just proven efficiency, it’s challenging and fun at the same time.
During the following years I met some other great people (Magali Rorato, Quentin Lacotte and many others from abroad) who led me and encouraged me to go for Krav Maga Civilian Instructor Course CIC in 2017 with Jean-Paul Jauffret and Pierre Marques. These same people were there for my CIC, along with my other fellow CIC colleagues.
I’m thrilled to be part of T3 Krav Maga.

Quentin has been practicing Krav Maga since 2010, he began his career with IKMF in the city of Vanves.
In 2013 he completed the Krav Maga Civilian Instructor Course under the tuition of Megan Cohen Berkman and Jean Paul Jauffret.
He opened his own school in Ducey-les-Chéris in 2016. The same year, in order to have a broad vision of the Krav Maga, he undertook the Kid Krav Maga Instructor course.

I started martial art when I was 5 years old. I practiced Qwan Ki Do for more than 10 years in a Vietnamese martial art school as a student and as a competitor and became Qwan Ki Do champion of France.
I then went to learn kick boxing and full-contact in the same club as Thomas Oliati, and few years later, he introduced me to Krav Maga, I signed up and learned Krav Maga since 2014.
Since then, I have been training and perfecting myself in Krav Maga. I did internships as well as Krav Maga challenges with Thomas Fiaschi, with whom I also train from time to time.
I obtained my Krav Maga instructor license under Jean Paul Jauffret and Megan Berkman in 2019. I have been teaching and assisting Thomas Oliati in his club since.
Krav Maga is, for me a complete self-defense system. Constantly seeking to learn and improve techniques, staying on top of things, leaving your comfort zone to be ready for all situations are essential, enriching and above all very fulfilling for me.

I started krav maga in early 1999 with Stéphane Chatton whom I met two years earlier during an internship where I discovered Krav Maga.
I continued since, under the teaching of Pierre Marques, which I am today his assistant.
I am a Police officer of the French Gendarmerie since 2004, started in mobile unit and in a specialized intervention unit. I did various operations in France and overseas which allowed me to acquire a lot of experience and adaptability.
During this period, I founded a Krav Maga club in Paris and I had the pleasure of training a number of instructors who perpetuated the teaching of quality Krav Maga.
Since 2013, I have been assigned to sensitive intervention brigade near Marseille. I’m specialize in intelligence, radicalization, violence against women and within the family and various types of rape.
As a Judicial police officer, I try to add value to Krav Maga in the various phases of confrontation and respect for self-defense, but also in the de-escalation of the conflict.

My passion for martial arts started with Karate Goju-Ryu. I then discovered Krav Maga in 2000 in Bordeaux within IKMF. I then followed another federation (with my first instructor) where I got my instructor degree.
After an interruption for professional reasons, I came back to Krav Maga and decided to join T3 in order to keep learning from the best people.
Krav Maga must allow self-defense improvement, stress management, development of the combat phase and especially the quest for effectiveness.
